How do I become a member?

You can join online by filling in a registration form. When you visit the club reception will complete the process and give you your membership card and welcome pack.

Or, you can pop into the club to join.

We want to make your first visit a great one so we recommend you arrive early so that we can register you as a new member and allow enough time for you to get your bearings before the bingo starts! Please allow more time if you are visiting as part of a group.

If you look like you may be under the age of 25 you will be asked for I.D.

What forms of ID do you accept?

We accept the following forms of I.D.

  • Current in date passport
  • Photographic Drivers Licence card
  • Proof of age card (PASS scheme)

Can I join and play straight away?

You sure can! As soon as you become a member you are welcome to play in any of our clubs. As a new member you’ll be entitled to some exclusive offers on your first visits as a thank you for joining.

Where's my nearest club?

Just visit our clubs page or search using our Find a Club finder which will show you the nearest club to where you live.

I have an issue with my online bingo account, who do I contact?
